Very very unhelpful! Not listening to your complaint details and offering non helpful replacement options.
I had paid $1300.00 for a stick vacuum cleaner and it stopped operating after 23months!!!
Obviously the motor had burnt out after only minimum us oof 23mths in a tiny home!
Customer service would not take any responsility for the the second rate item. When I checked reviews this was a very common complaint in the reviews!
DISGUSTING QUALITY ITEM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ALSO DSGUSTING AS ALL THEY WANTED TO DO WAS TO BLAME ME AND MY USAGE OF THE TRASHEY PRODUCT!!

Refund of US $854.00 A due taken from my USA account without authorisation
I spoke with a tel-marketer on May 3rd and gave all my requested details to purchase a Tebo massage chair. I had instucted the salesman to send me full details of the payment schedule and more information on the proposed chair, BEFORE any actions were undertaken as I needed to contact my carers at UPA to confirm the proposal.The next day I received a phone call from your delivery department to confirm my address details.
I told them that it would be cancelled as I had to go to hospital following a serious stroke. I contacted my bank in the USA and learned that US$854.00 (approx AUD$ 1190 ) had been taken out of my account immediately after the phone call with the salesman.
Please arrange a full refund of the amunt to my USA account. Montecito.Bank & Trust.

I orded 2 total bliss chairs and two instachill items. The deal was free delivery to the nearest town of Kyogle.
I was told they would be delivered by Christmas, so far I have half a chair and one instachill which I just drove to town to collect thinking it was the complete deal. The transport company just gets very abusive and loud on phone and will send back to tv shop so I've rung tv shop 3 times they tell me there is nothing they can do and wait for up to 48 hour's for a phone call to hopefully sort this out. Fair enough you'd think be patient but this is call number 3 and they all say the same thing(wait for our call) well I've been waiting and waiting , what a nightmare. Since then I've read reviews of this company (mostly negative) so now I'm no longer wanting products so I ring them again I finally get some one on phone woohoo, but no it's the same message wait for our call bla bla bla.
My experience with this company so far is terrible not the excitement I had but now a problem. My advice don't pick up that phone it's not as good as it's made to look.
